Find all your photo information in one place in Your photo settings. From here you can easily
- Upload photos to your account.
- View your print and photo gift orders and status from the last 12 months.
- See your available credits.
- View and edit your personal information, including e-mail address, password, mailing address, and credit card info. (Please note that you will update some of your personal information is your general Walgreens Photo Center Account.)
- View and edit your address book.
- View and edit your email upload preferences.
A note about your personal information:
Because you are a registered member of Walgreens.com (and not just the Photo Center), your log-in and email information are stored in your main Walgreens account. When you choose to edit your user name, password, email address or email subscriptions, you'll be taken to a page in your main Walgreens account.
Other photo-specific information, including the credit card you enter for billing, will be stored in your photo settings only.

| Add Photos to Your Account |
|
|
In the first section of your account page, you can add photos to your account. (You can also add photos to your account from your homepage and your photos page.)
To upload photos, select Upload photos button and follow these steps:
- On the following page, you'll see a new album with a field below it for its name.
- We automatically name albums with the date of upload, but you can change that name to anything you'd like by typing it in the field below the album. After you have named your album, select UPLOAD TO THIS ALBUM.
- You'll see a dialog box asking whether you would like to download 'ActiveX Control,' another name for our QuickUpload tool. Select Yes. Wait a few moments for Walgreens Photo Center to install QuickUpload on your computer. We'll let you know when it's finished.
NOTE: QuickUpload is available only to PC users. If you use a Mac, see the 'How To Upload Digital Photos' page in the Help section.
Click on the SELECT PHOTOS button.
- Choose the photos you would like to upload by clicking the small box next to each one.
- Click on the UPLOAD SELECTED PHOTOS button to start transferring your digital photos from your computer to your online account.
- You'll see an indicator that the upload is in progress. Please don't close the upload window or go to any other part of the website until your upload has finished. We'll let you know when it's done.
- When your upload has finished, you'll see a confirmation page displaying all the photos that were successfully uploaded. Select VIEW ENTIRE ALBUM to order prints, share your photos, or order photo gifts.
NOTE: When you upload any digital photo to your online account, only a copy of it is placed in your account. The original digital photo file remains unchanged on your computer.
You can upload photos from your computer's hard drive, from a floppy disk, from a CD-ROM, or directly from a digital camera connected to your computer.
To email photos, click Email Photos and follow these steps:
- On the following page, you'll see some information about emailing photos, both from your mobile phone and from your computer. After you've read this page, click the Email Photos button.
- Your computer will open a new email message, addressed to us. Attach the photos you'd like to upload, and send the message.
- You'll soon receive an email message confirming that we received your photos and inviting you to log into your account to verify that these photos are associated with your account.
- Follow the link in the message to log in to your account and verify your photos. Once you do, they'll be added to your account.

| Print and Photo Gift Orders |
|
|
When you place an order through our website (prints or photo gifts), your order is added to the order status and history section of your account.
Within that section, you can view the details of your Walgreens Photo Center orders including the status of each order, a breakdown of the charges, and a detailed history of your past Walgreens Photo Center orders (up to 12 months).

| Your Credits |
|
|
Your settings page lists the photo credits you have and the date they expire, if they expire at all. You can apply these credits to future orders until you use them up, or until they expire, whichever is sooner.

| Personal Information |
|
|
From the Your photo settings page, you can add or update any of your personal information, including your name, email address, mailing address or credit card information.
Please note that your log-in and email information are stored in your main Walgreens account. When you choose to edit your user name, password, email address or email subscriptions, you'll be taken to a page in your main Walgreens account.
For verification purposes, you must contact Customer Service to make changes to your name. Please call us toll-free at 866-264-2910.
Here's how to make changes to your personal info:
- From your Photo Center homepage, select Personal info underneath Your photo settings.
- You'll see the info currently saved in your account under three categories: Walgreens Account Info, Photo Shipping & Billing Info, and Mobile Phone. Next to each of these categories you'll see an Edit link.
- If you select to Edit your Walgreens Account Info, you'll be taken to the main Walgreens See and Edit Your Account page, where you can edit your personal information.
- If you select to Edit your Photo Shipping & Billing Info or Mobile Phone information, you can update the information directly on the page. When you're finished, select the UPDATE INFO button at the bottom of the page.

| Address Book |
|
On the Your photo settings page, you can add entries to your address book, edit existing entries, create groups, and even import addresses from Outlook, if that's the email program you use. Here's how:
- Go to the 'Your photo settings page from the Photo Center home page.
- Scroll down to the Address book section.
- To import addresses from your Outlook address book, select Import addresses.
- To add entries or edit your address book, use the Edit address book link.
- On the following page, you can Add a friend or Create a group by selecting those links at the top.
- If you'd like to edit or delete an entry, select Edit or Delete below that particular entry.

| Email Upload Preferences |
|
When you email us your photos, we send you a confirmation message. To change your email upload preferences, follow these steps:
- Go to the Your photo settings page from the Photo Center home page.
- Scroll down to the Email upload preferences section and select Edit preferences.
- On the following page, in the top section, you can indicate where you would like photos placed when you email them to us.
- In the bottom section, you can change your email address or add associated addresses. When you associate another email address with your account, we'll automatically place any photos sent from that email address in your Photo Center account.
- When you have finished editing your preferences, select Update info at the bottom of the page.

| Common Questions About Your Photo Settings |
|
Did Walgreens transfer my photos and albums from the old Walgreens Photo Center?
No. If you have photos on walgreensphotocenter.com, please upload them to our new Photo Center. (If you purchased storage space on walgreensphotocenter.com, you will automatically be refunded the full amount.)
If you are already registered on Walgreens.com, the same user name and password will log you in to our new Photo Center.
Do I need new log-in information to join the new Walgreens Photo Center?
You cannot log in to the new Photo Center with your old photo user name and password. However, if you are registered on Walgreens.com, the same log-in information will allow you access to our new Photo Center.
What if I forgot my password?
Your log-in and email information are stored in your main Walgreens account. If you've forgotten or misplaced your password, we will reset your account and send a new password to the email address you have on file.

How do I change the email address Walgreens Photo Center uses to contact me?
You can change any part of your account info, including your email address, by following these steps:
- Go to the Your photo settings page from the Photo Center home page.
- Scroll down to the Personal information section, and select Edit next to Walgreens Account Info.
- You'll be taken to the Walgreens See and Edit Your Account page, where you can edit your personal information.
How can I cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel your Walgreens Photo Center account, please write to service@photo.walgreens.com.
